Team #1: Hu Tao Double Geo
Hu Tao is a high-risk high-reward character: she needs to be played while at low health, but her damage almost has no even. Because of that a shield is always recommended while playing her, and the existence of Zhongli makes Geo resonance viable on Hu Tao.
Albedo's purpose in this team to enable Geo resonance. He gives a notable contribution in DPS, but any Geo character actually works too, if not used elsewhere.
Team #2: Yoimiya Double Geo
Yoimiya is a great single target character and her main source of damage are her normal attacks, which means that making her able to hit all of those is our top priority. This, along with Zhongli's great shield and Yunjin's great normal attack damage boost (and the Geo resonance that comes with them, further increasing our damage), make Yoimiya Double Geo her best in slot team.
Bennett's utility consists in providing a huge ATK boost to the team as well as Pyro resonance. He can't really be replaced as his contribute is unique, but other Pyro support characters will at least grant the Pyro resonance.
Yun Jin is a great support character for every Normal Attacks users, exactly like Yoimiya, since she gives a DMG boost to those based off of her defense. Something else that make her this good in this team is her element: along with Zhongli she provides the Geo Resonance. She can be replaced by some other Geo character but it's usually not worth, I recommend you build a Vaporize Yoimiya instead.
Team #3: Mono Geo
Itto mostly deals damage through his charged attacks, which are converted into Geo DMG by his Burst. This team is built around Itto and uses any possible way of increasing his DPS, by boosting Geo DMG and generating Geo particles for his Burst uptime.
Albedo's purpose in this team to enable Geo resonance. He gives a notable contribution in DPS, but any Geo character actually works too, if not used elsewhere. The fourth Geo slot is also forfeitable for either Bennett or a crowd control.
Team #4: Zhongli Superconduct
Team #5: Ganyu Melt
Ganyu is the main damage dealer through the use of her charged attacks, which have no ICD and can melt both hits. Ganyu requires a shield, as she's pretty squishy, downside of being a Bow user. Note: Using Ganyu's burst might mess up Xiangling's Pyro application, hence making Ganyu's charged attacks unable to melt.

Team #6: Klee Vaporize
Klee deals damage through her Normal, Charged attacks and her Burst, which are furtherly boosted by the Vaporize reaction. Klee's needs are a Vaporize enabler (in other words, a Hydro character that can work off-field) and a shield, as she's pretty squishy, downside of being a Catalyst user.
