Team #1: Hu Tao double Hydro
Hu Tao is a high-risk high-reward character: she needs to be played while at low health, but her damage almost has no even. Because of that a shield is always recommended while playing her, and the new Hydro Resonance added in 3.0, further boosting her HP to ATK conversion made her even stronger.
Yelan is what made Double Hydro comps actually viable, but the new Hydro Res made them the strongest comps in the game, especially with Hu Tao, because of her HP to Atk conversion. Yelan will act as a Off-Field DPS and an additional enabler for Hu Tao, alomg with Xingqiu.
Xingqiu has always been the best hydro applicator in the game, acting as the enabler for every pyro DPS. Now that Yelan is out the Hydro application while off field became even more and the DMG did too, while also providing the Hydro Resonance.
Zhongli's role is to prevent Hu Tao's interruptions with his shield, while also preventing her from dying. Zhongli has the ability to keep his shield at 100% uptime and shred the enemies' resistances.
Team #2: Hu Tao double Geo

Zhongli's role is to prevent Hu Tao's interruptions with his shield. Zhongli has the ability to keep his shield at 100% uptime and shred the enemies' resistances, as well as giving access to Geo resonance.
Albedo's purpose in this team to enable Geo resonance. He gives a notable contribution in DPS, but any Geo character actually works too, if not used elsewhere.
Team #3: Hu Tao VV
Hu Tao is a high-risk high-reward character: she needs to be played while at low health, but her damage almost has no even. This team allows Hu Tao to play with Viridescent Venerer's debuff: her Pyro application is limited to her Skill and Burst, and to shred Pyro with VV another source of Pyro application is required. A Pyro teammate gives her Pyro resonance and the possibility to profit from 4VV.
Amber is the Pyro enabler, she enables both Pyro resonance and Pyro swirl for Hu Tao. Her fast Pyro application makes her synergise with Jean, and this is also the reason why Jean is preferred instead of other Anemo supports like Kazuha and Sucrose.
