Cyno bases his playstyle around the Aggravate reaction, greatly increasing his damage based on his Elemental Mastery along with his A1 talent. Because of that a good Dendro enabler is always wanted with him. Also, his burst is another core part of his playstyle: luckily, he's able to gain energy while in the burst state but we still want an electro battery here.
