Team #1: Jean "Sunfire"
Sunfire Jean works around her Burst combined with Bennett's, their overlapping provides a constant Pyro Swirl. This combo is very effective against elemental shields (e.g. Abyss Herald). The other two teammates are very flexible but a Hydro + Electro combination provides extra reaction damage.
Team #2: Raikoku
Raiden is currently the strongest Hypercarry in the game, a term that indicates the character that spends the most time on field and is also capable of dealing a great amount of dmg. Here she will still provide her huge amount of dmg but will also prock the electro resonance with Yae and help fulfill her energy problems.
Yae is capable of doing great amount of dmg with her Skill, even when off field, and her Burst is a great nuke. The only downside of that is the energy cost, with 90 being the highest in the game, but Raiden will help fixing it.
Team #3: Ayato Hypercarry
Team #4: Diluc Vaporize
Diluc deals damage through his Skill sequence and his Burst's Pyro infusion. This team is built around his Pyro DMG and consists in increasing it with Vaporize, shredding and ATK buffing.
Bennett's utility consists in providing a huge ATK boost to the team as well as Pyro resonance. He can't really be replaced as his contribute is unique, but other Pyro support characters will at least grant the Pyro resonance.
Team #5: Xiao double Pyro
Xiao's main source of DPS is his Anemo-converted Plunging Attacks. The Anemo conversion given by Xiao's Burst makes him lose HP continously, so a Xiao team requires healing and shielding. In this team, Xiao takes advantage of Pyro resonance to increase his own damage.
Zhongli's role is to prevent Xiao's interruptions with his shield. Any other shielder does the job too, but Zhongli has the ability to keep his shield at 100% uptime and shred the enemies' resistances.
Thoma's role is to enable Pyro resonance, and buff Xiao if C6. However, Thoma might me a niche character to build and use, so any other Pyro character does the job too.
Team #6: Ganyu Melt
Ganyu is the main damage dealer through the use of her charged attacks, which have no ICD and can melt both hits. Ganyu requires a shield, as she's pretty squishy, downside of being a Bow user. Note: Using Ganyu's burst might mess up Xiangling's Pyro application, hence making Ganyu's charged attacks unable to melt.

Tartaglia works as Xiangling's Vaporize enabler and contributes with some Hydro damage, furthey increased by Bennett and Sucrose's kits.
