Skills

Normal Attack
Performs up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

You disgorge a meteorite from the depths of the earth, dealing AoE Geo DMG.
The meteorite is considered a Geo Construct, and can be climbed or used to block attacks.
Hold
This skill's positioning may be adjusted.

Energizing the Geo deep underground, you set off expanding shockwaves.
Launches surrounding opponents back and deals AoE Geo DMG.
A stone wall is erected at the edges of the shockwave.
The stone wall is considered a Geo Construct, and may be used to block attacks.
Passives

Reduces Starfell Sword's CD by 2s.

The final hit of a Normal Attack combo triggers a collapse, dealing 60% of ATK as AoE Geo DMG.
Constellations

Party members within the radius of Wake of Earth have their CRIT Rate increased by 10% and have increased resistance against interruption.

When the meteorite created by Starfell Sword is destroyed, it will also explode, dealing additional AoE Geo DMG equal to the amount of damage dealt by Starfell Sword.

Increases the Level of Wake of Earth by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

The shockwave triggered by Wake of Earth regenerates 5 Energy for every opponent hit.
A maximum of 25 Energy can be regenerated in this manner at any one time.

Builds
Off-field DPS Build/Support
Traveler's Skill and its techs are an important component for players who want to maximize Traveler's DPS. The difference between a DPS and Support version of Traveler is the number of skill casts you would make for a rotation. The less skills you cast the more ER you would need, sacrificing Offensive stats for consistency and utility.
Skill > Burst
Though Traveler's damage mostly comes from their skill, don't neglect your Burst.
Main stats: ATK or ER/Geo%/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER
ER should be prioritised only if you struggle keeping your burst up. In most cases, ATK sands is a better option damage wise.

Crit is a very good stat for Traveler and providing a lot of it makes Jade Cutter the best weapon for Traveler.
ATK is increased by 20~40%.
Triggers on taking DMG: the soul of the Falcon of the West awakens, holding the banner of the resistance aloft, regenerating HP equal to 100~160% of ATK and dealing 200~320% of ATK as DMG to surrounding opponents. This effect can only occur once every 15s.Traveler's best F2P option, the energy from the passive grants consistency to Traveler's Energy consumption.
For low field-time builds, it goes down a rank as you don't fully utilize its passive, but its still a good weapon.
ER options are only recommended for Support builds where you don't cast your skill enough times to easily keep Burst uptime.
CRIT Rate increased by 4~8%.
Gains Skypiercing Might upon using Elemental Burst: Increases Movement SPD by 10%, increases ATK SPD by 10%, and Normal and Charged hits deal additional DMG equal to 20~40% of ATK. Skypiercing Might lasts for 12s.Viable with strong shielders or quickswap comps.

Geo Traveler's Generalist sets, you can consider Shimenawa over Archaic if resin efficiency is a concern.
These sets are only worth for their 4pc effects and synergize well with Lion's Roar. Limited in application, not really resin-efficient.
Useful even in DPS builds but only gets a recommendation for supportive builds or if nobody else on your party can use the 4pc.
On-Field DPS
If you give Traveler field time they become an on-field DPS. A pure Physical DPS build is not recommended as most of Traveler's damage comes from his skill casts. Yun Jin is a good party member for this build.
Skill > Normal = Burst
On-field DPS Traveler requires a lot of investment in every talent.
Main stats: ATK% /Phys% or Geo%/Crit
Substats: Crit ATK ER
Physical Damage goblet isn't really recommended for endgame content due to the limits of Physical Damage's scaling.

Jade Cutter providing a lot of crit is very valuable on Traveler especially if you can provide external ATK% buffs. Aquila Favonia is good for Physical DPS.
