Pros & Cons
- Decent damage and uptime
- Good F2P Constellations
- Relatively cheap to build
- Plenty of team synergies
- Gains value for being a free Dendro unit, currently the rarest element
- Dendro reactions fixed most niche "bad" characters, making Dendro off-field appliers valuable

- Will fall off when newer and stronger Dendro units will be available
- Constellations are story and exploration locked and require quite a lot of farming to get
Skills

Normal Attack
Performs up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

With a flourish of your blade, you unleash a spray of razor-sharp leaves that go before you and deal Dendro DMG.

Calling upon the might of the flora all around you, you create a Lea Lotus Lamp. This Lamp will deal continuous Dendro DMG to opponents within its AoE.
Lotuslight Transfiguration
The Lea Lotus Lamp will undergo the following changes after it comes into contact with Hydro/Electro/Pyro:
- Hydro: the Lamp's AoE and the AoE of its attacks are increased.
- Electro: the Lamp's ATK SPD is increased.
- Pyro: the Lamp will explode after a short delay and then disappear, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.
The Lea Lotus Lamp can only undergo one Lotuslight Transfiguration in its duration.
Only one Lamp created by the Traveler can exist at any one time.
Passives

Lea Lotus Lamp will obtain one level of Overflowing Lotuslight every second it is on the field, increasing the Elemental Mastery of active character(s) within its AoE by 6. Overflowing Lotuslight has a maximum of 10 stacks.

Every point of Elemental Mastery the Traveler possesses increases the DMG dealt by Razorgrass Blade by 0.15% and the DMG dealt by Surgent Manifestation by 0.1%.
Constellations

After Razorgrass Blade hits an opponent, it will regenerate 3.5 Energy for the Traveler.

Lea Lotus Lamp's duration is increased by 3s.

Increases the Level of Razorgrass Blade by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

After the Lea Lotus Lamp triggers a Lotuslight Transfiguration, it will obtain 5 stacks of the Overflowing Lotuslight effect from the Passive Talent "Verdant Overgrowth."
You must have unlocked this Passive Talent first.

Increases the Level of Surgent Manifestation by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

The Dendro DMG Bonus of the character under the effect of Overflowing Lotuslight as created by the Lea Lotus Lamp is increased by 12%. If the Lamp has experienced a Lotuslight Transfiguration previously, the character will also gain 12% DMG Bonus for the corresponding element.

Teams

Builds
Dendro Traveler's main role and utility is to provide Dendro application to the team and some DPS. Their burst changes area and effects based on the elements it absorbs and it's the main source of damage and benefits.
Building Dendro Traveler is worth at this early stage of the new element's META as only a few Dendro characters are available and the new Dendro-related reactions have shown that they can fix and upgrade some characters that in the past were considered "useless" and niche. Constellations are also useful and F2P, so don't sleep on him/her!
Burst > Skill
Traveler's main utility and damage source is their burst. It provides constant off-field Dendro application and its efficiency gets further upgrades through Passive Talents and Constellations.
Main stats: ATK or ER% / Dendro DMG / Crit
Sub stats: Crit > ER% > ATK = EM
It's important to have at least 180% ER (generally, use a build optimizer for personalized ER reqs) to keep the Traveler's burst active as much time as possible during a sustained battle.

Freedom-Sworn is Traveler's best in slot weapon for the huge buffs it gives to the team, however equipping this weapon on other characters (such as Kazuha, Jean, Kuki) sounds more reasonable.
A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds.
Increases DMG by 10~20%.
When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.
When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s.
"Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16~32% and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s.
Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.Alternatively, Traveler's best 4 star weapon is Favonius Sword. It lowers the ER% requirement and gives extra particles to the team as well.
Sapwood Blade is a craftable Sumeru weapon, hence F2P friendly. It comes with a high base ATK, some ER which is greatly appreciated on the Traveler and a EM-Boosting passive. Even if the Traveler will be put apart when newer Dendro units will release, this weapon is viable on many characters, so it's a worth investment.
Mostly viable due to the ER% main stat, passives aren't really game breaking.
CRIT Rate increased by 4~8%.
Gains Skypiercing Might upon using Elemental Burst: Increases Movement SPD by 10%, increases ATK SPD by 10%, and Normal and Charged hits deal additional DMG equal to 20~40% of ATK. Skypiercing Might lasts for 12s.EM increases reactions damage, and if the ER% requirement is met without a ER% weapon, then EM becomes valuable if reactions are involved, which is most likely.

Best set if the Traveler is used alongside a Dendro Main DPS character.
Universal buff and relatively easy to farm, but remember that only one Noblesse user may be used in a team (buff doesn't stack)
Excellent utility and free EM for the team, but it's sadly only available as a 4 star. Very valuable in early game though.
Universal set that works in any team comp, it increases the Traveler's DPS as well as the reactions they trigger.
If a cheaper and more resin efficient build is enough for the Traveler, then consider using two 2pc combinations of these sets.
