- This can make Sara fairly flexible

- Gives Sara a comparative advantage by dealing damage upfront which is relevant if she can Nuke weaker waves.
- Buff has a short duration
- Only character who can snapshot their stats or have a short field time can truly take advantage from it
- Energy costs limit her overall flexiblity
- Not exactly special anywhere outside of Raiden compositions
- Even in Raiden comps you'll really want C6 Sara
- C2 is a really good QoL constellation (needed)
Skills

Normal Attack
Perform up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack
Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG.
While aiming, crackling lightning will accumulate on the arrowhead. An arrow fully charged with the storm's might will deal Electro DMG.
When in the Crowfeather Cover state, a fully-charged arrow will leave a Crowfeather behind after it hits.
Plunging Attack
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Retreats rapidly with the speed of a tengu, summoning the protection of the Crowfeather. Gains Crowfeather Cover for 18s, and when Kujou Sara fires a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Crowfeather Cover will be consumed, and will leave a Crowfeather at the target location.
Crowfeathers will trigger Tengu Juurai: Ambush after a short time, dealing Electro DMG and granting the active character within its AoE an ATK Bonus based on Kujou Sara's Base ATK.
The ATK Bonuses from different Tengu Juurai will not stack, and their effects and duration will be determined by the last Tengu Juurai to take effect.

Casts down Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker, dealing AoE Electro DMG. Afterwards, Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker spreads out into 4 consecutive bouts of Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster, dealing AoE Electro DMG.
Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker and Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster can provide the active character within their AoE with the same ATK Bonus as given by the Elemental Skill, Tengu Stormcall.
The ATK Bonus provided by various kinds of Tengu Juurai will not stack, and their effects and duration will be determined by the last Tengu Juurai to take effect.
Passives

When dispatched on an expedition in Inazuma, time consumed is reduced by 25%.

While in the Crowfeather Cover state provided by Tengu Stormcall, Aimed Shot charge times are decreased by 60%.

When Tengu Juurai: Ambush hits opponents, Kujou Sara will restore 1.2 Energy to all party members for every 100% Energy Recharge she has. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.
Constellations

When Tengu Juurai grant characters ATK Bonuses or hits opponents, the CD of Tengu Stormcall is decreased by 1s.
This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

Unleashing Tengu Stormcall will leave a weaker Crowfeather at Kujou Sara's original position that will deal 30% of its original DMG.

Increases the Level of Subjugation: Koukou Sendou by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

The number of Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster released by Subjugation: Koukou Sendou is increased to 6.

Increases the Level of Tengu Stormcall by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

The Electro DMG of characters who have had their ATK increased by Tengu Juurai has its Crit DMG increased by 60%.

Builds
Burst Support Build
Kujou Sara is an ATK buffer with upfront damage on her Burst. Although her buff is universal she is mostly used with only Electro Characters to solve her energy issues and because of her C6, that boosts Electro Crit DMG.
Kujou Sara on paper looks like a very strong unit, with a wide burst and being able to provide attack buffs this should make her a very good generalist unit. Her weaknesses lie in duration. Her attack buff (and C6) has a shorter duration than Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers and Sara need help in generating Energy for her Burst's uptime. She also heavily depends on constellations.
Skill > Burst
Sara's ATK buff scales from her skill while her damage mostly comes from her Burst. As long as you don't neglect either ability, you'll be fine.
Main stats: ER/Electro/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER
ATK Sands is only recommended in optimized parties as Sara's comparative advantage over other supports comes from her Burst's damage. In more general cases where you might not have an Electro battery, ER sands will help raise the uptime of your Burst.

Most 5★ bows are very good but Skyward Harp is a very good stat stick allowing for the biggest ATK buff.
A limited 5★ weapon but with a more interesting fit on Sara. ER stat and EM+ATK buffs to the team are also very good.
Increases Elemental Mastery by 60~120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.
Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.The recommended 4★ weapons mostly due to the base atk and ER substat. The passive of Sacrificial Bow isn't as useful since you'll need to use more field time but the low base atk of Favonius generally pushes you more towards these weapons as a better balance of stats.
At high refines, most of Sara's comps provide a hefty buff towards Sara's Burst damage but doesn't help with her Energy issues.
Very good passive and high base attack are desirable but similar to Mouun's Moon, the lack of ER substat can open some problems.

An interesting choice since it allows you to refund some of that ER into more offensive stats; playing towards Sara's comparative advantage over other Electro units.
In general the better set for Sara. Playing a supportive role, you will prefer to give more buffs to your party members but you will want lots of ER on your substats.
