Skills
Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.
At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Summons protective stone armor, dealing Geo DMG to surrounding opponents and creating a shield. The shield's DMG Absorption scales based on Noelle's DEF.
The shield has the following properties:
- When Noelle's Normal and Charged Attacks hit a target, they have a certain chance to regenerate HP for all characters.
- Possesses 150% DMG Absorption efficiency against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
The amount of HP healed when regeneration is triggered scales based on Noelle's DEF.
Gathering the strength of stone around her weapon, Noelle strikes the opponents surrounding her within a large AoE, dealing Geo DMG.
Afterwards, Noelle gains the following effects:
- Larger attack AoE.
- Converts attack DMG to Geo DMG that cannot be overridden by any other elemental infusion.
- Increased ATK that scales based on her DEF.
Passives
When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on a DEF-boosting dish, Noelle has a 12% chance to obtain double the product.
When Noelle is in the party but not on the field, this ability triggers automatically when your active character's HP falls below 30%:
Creates a shield for your active character that lasts for 20s and absorbs DMG equal to 400% of Noelle's DEF.
The shield has a 150% DMG Absorption effectiveness against all Elemental and Physical DMG.
This effect can only occur once every 60s.
Every 4 Normal or Charged Attack hits will decrease the CD of Breastplate by 1s.
Hitting multiple opponents with a single attack is only counted as 1 hit.
Constellations
While Sweeping Time and Breastplate are both in effect, the chance of Breastplate's healing effects activating is increased to 100%.
Decreases the Stamina Consumption of Noelle's Charged Attacks by 20% and increases her Charged Attack DMG by 15%.
Increases the Level of Breastplate by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
When Breastplate's duration expires or it is destroyed by DMG, it will deal 400% ATK of Geo DMG to surrounding opponents.
Increases the Level of Sweeping Time by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Sweeping Time increases Noelle's ATK by an additional 50% of her DEF.
Additionally, every opponent defeated during the skill's duration adds 1s to the duration, up to 10s.

Builds
Geo DPS Build
Noelle has extremely good potential as a self-sustaining carry with shielding, healing, and DEF to ATK conversion in her kit. However, using her as before C6 is not recommended. DEF stats only start to outperform ATK stats at C6 when her conversion ratio becomes high enough.
Normal > Burst > Skill
Most of Noelle's damage will come from her normal attacks. Leveling her burst will increase the conversion ratio so both of these talents should be prioritized. Her skill should also be leveled up since it will offset the long cooldown and improve her healing.
Main stats: DEF/Geo DMG/Crit
Substats: Crit/ER/DEF
At C6, DEF stats are worth more than ATK stats. ER should be prioritized over DEF since she has trouble recharging her burst.
WeaponsThis weapon is Noelle's best weapon due to the multiple buffs it provides. High Base ATK, massive Crit DMG, DEF buff, and Normal/Charged ATK buff all significantly contribute to her damage.
The Serpent Spine has a Crit stat and a powerful passive which Noelle can fully utilize. Noelle requires a lot of field time, so she can easily gain stacks during her burst while her shield prevents her from losing stacks.
The Whiteblind is a decent F2P option for Noelle, and it provides even more DEF with higher refinements.
ArtifactsThis is Noelle's best set since it increases her DEF and Geo DMG. Noelle needs to wait around 12 seconds before combat so she can snapshot the full stacks with her burst.
When on the field, the character gains 1 stack after hitting an opponent with a Geo attack, triggering a maximum of once every 0.3s. When off the field, the character gains 1 stack every 3s. Curiosity can stack up to 4 times, each providing 6% DEF and a 6% Geo DMG Bonus.
When 6 seconds pass without gaining a Curiosity stack, 1 stack is lost.Although this is a resin-inefficient alternative to 4PC Husk, other non-DEF scaling characters can use this set. Even with Noelle's long shield downtime, she can still maintain the 4PC effect by picking up crystallize shields.
4PC Gladiator is a powerful set for Noelle since it gives an unconditional buff to her normal attack, but loses out on DEF% stats.
Significantly weaker than previous options but are easier to farm.
Support Build
Support Noelle suffers uptime issues, but if built correctly her shield becomes tanky and she becomes able to heal. This build is only recommended whenever a Geo shield is needed and Zhongli isn't available, or in early game.
Skill
This build consists of Noelle's shield. That's it. Any damage is negligible.
Main stats: DEF / DEF / DEF
Sub stats: DEF% > DEF
To increase Noelle's shield strenght (and healing if needed) DEF is essential.
WeaponsAll you need is a DEF stat stick, and what you're looking for lies in Whiteblind. This weapon is best in slot for Noelle and can be reutilized in a future DPS build.
Sacrificial Greatsword might be worth for the CD refresh, which helps Noelle's CD issue.
Early game DEF stat stick.
ArtifactsSupport Noelle's best artifacts is a 2pc combination of DEF artifacts. It is recommended to fill Flower and Plume slots with Defender's Will as their stats are forfeitable.
