Perform up to 4 water splash attacks that deal Hydro DMG.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Hydro DMG after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack

Creates an illusory Phantom of Fate from coalesced waterspouts.
The Phantom has the following special properties:
- Continuously taunts nearby opponents, attracting their fire.
- Continuously deals Hydro DMG to nearby opponents.
- When its duration expires, the Phantom explodes, dealing AoE Hydro DMG.

Illusory Bubble
Traps opponents inside a pocket of destiny and also makes them Wet.
Renders weaker opponents immobile.
When an opponent affected by Illusory Bubble sustains DMG, it has the following effects:
- Applies an Omen to the opponent, which gives a DMG Bonus, also increasing the DMG of the attack that causes it.
- Removes the Illusory Bubble, dealing Hydro DMG in the process.
Omen
During its duration, increases DMG taken by opponents.
Passives

When Mona crafts Weapon Ascension Materials, she has a 25% chance to refund one count of one material out of all the crafting materials used.

After she has used Illusory Torrent for 2s, if there are any opponents nearby, Mona will automatically create a Phantom.
A Phantom created in this manner lasts for 2s, and its explosion DMG is equal to 50% of Mirror Reflection of Doom.

Increases Mona's Hydro DMG Bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of her Energy Recharge rate.
Constellations

When any of your own party members hits an opponent affected by an Omen, the effects of Hydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s:
- Electro-Charged DMG increases by 15%.
- Vaporize DMG increases by 15%.
- Hydro Swirl DMG increases by 15%.
- Frozen duration is extended by 15%.

When a Normal Attack hits, there is a 20% chance that it will be automatically followed by a Charged Attack.

Maximum upgrade level is 15.

When any party member attacks an opponent affected by an Omen, their CRIT Rate is increased by 15%.

Upon entering Illusory Torrent, Mona gains a 60% increase to the DMG of her next Charged Attack per second of movement.
A maximum DMG Bonus of 180% can be achieved in this manner. The effect lasts for no more than 8s.

Teams

Builds
Freeze Support Build
Mona's damage output in a Freeze team is negligible, so her build focuses on maximizing her team support capabilities.
Burst
Leveling her burst is important as it increases the duration and damage buff of Omen. Freeze teams can maximize Omen mechanics.
Main stats: ER/Any/Crit Rate
Substats: Crit Rate/ER
Mona's damage output is not important when built as Freeze support. ER is prioritized for burst uptime and Crit Rate is only needed to trigger the passive of Favonius Codex. Since the goblet's main stat is not relevant, a goblet with high ER and/or Crit Rate should be taken.

Mona's best option as she can need upwards of 250 ER. Refinements are a blessing
The energy refund is nice but only relevant at high refinements. Use this weapon if you need healing or to sub out a healer for a damage support
Mona's Best option at high investment. While Mona's personal damage is low, TTDS + Omen is a very sizable buff

Use this set if no one else in the team is using 4PC Noblesse.
Situationally useful. Even if someone else is using Noblesse, you may not be able to fit your skill cast to properly buff your party.
To further increase her ER, choose any set combination. Prioritize 5* artifacts since they have better scaling and substats.
Nuke Build
This build focuses on using Mona's burst to deal the highest possible damage (one-shot). This build is fairly difficult due to the dynamic nature of Mona's Burst as well as needing an introduction to Elemental Gauge Theory.
Burst
Since this build focuses on her nuke, leveling her burst is prioritized.
Main stats: ATK or ER or EM/Hydro DMG/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER/EM
The main stat of the sands slot depends on the rest of her substats. EM will increase her Vaporize multiplier while ER will increase her Hydro DMG and bonus Burst DMG if she uses 4PC Emblem. Try to maintain a balance between the three stats.

Recitative: ATK is increased by 60~120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 48~96%.
Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 240~480.
4PC Emblem is the best set for Mona since ER ends up increasing her burst uptime, Hydro DMG, and Burst DMG. Performs significantly better than any other set combination.
These 2PC set combinations are weaker in terms of damage and burst uptime but are much easier to farm.
Use this set if no one else in the team is using 4PC Noblesse.
DPS Build
Mona as a DPS unit is fairly complicated. As a catalyst user, she's reliant on mastering special technicalities to gain a comparative advantage over other options. Mona has DPS potential but veers closer to dedication and mastery rather than "efficiency" and practicality.
Burst > Normal Attack
Mona's Burst Stellaris Phantasm represents a big part of Mona's value (damage + utility). DPS builds generally focus on Mona's ability to provide Hydro and spacing to provide an advantage in combat allowing some investment into her Normal Attacks.
Main stats: ATK or ER or EM/Hydro/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER/EM
The main stat of the sands slot depends on the rest of her substats. EM will increase her Vaporize multiplier while ER will increase her Hydro DMG and bonus Burst DMG if she uses 4PC Emblem. Try to maintain a balance between the three stats.

Not a great weapon/investment but it offers the best damage potential for DPS Mona
Simply put, the downtime of the weapon passive is mildly concerning for Mona as an On-field character. The damage potential however, especially with refines, allow this weapon to be the best DPS option
Recitative: ATK is increased by 60~120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 48~96%.
Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 240~480.Solar Pearl like Widsith are crit stat sticks that have good passives for DPS catalysts. Main downside is you can only acquire this in the paid Battlepass.
Lost Prayer can be the best weapon if Mona spends at least 8 seconds on the field. Otherwise, it's just another Crit Rate stat stick.

Emblem is much more universal but if you use Mona's combos the difference will come from the sets substats.
Heart of Depth has the advantage of being farmed with Blizzard Strayer (relevant for Freeze Support Mona).
Noblesse Oblige + Heart of Depth is the most competitive providing comparable damage to Emblem at low ER.
