Best Build for Lisa in Genshin Impact

Pros & Cons
- Low investment, High impact
- Usable with low consts (mostly for Burst Support build)
- ER stats, A4 and Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers
- Rare Def shred
- Infamous as her animations/cast times can feel long
- Catalyst DPS users are "too balanced"
- Doesn't fit in many compositions (ER dependent)
- For the most part, she works in any Raiden comp but outside of that you'll want another Electro battery thats comparable to Raiden.

Builds
Burst Support Build
The goal is to maximize Burst uptime. Her A4 talent provides the rare Def shred debuff. Ideally you just swap into Lisa cast your ult then swap out to your carry to give the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers buff.
Burst > Skill Leveling up her talents isn't a priority, since her utility comes from her passives and weapon selection rather than her damage. Even in optimized compositions, her damage is noticeable but not relevant.
Main stats: ER/"Any"/"Any"
Substats: ER, ATK Crit
Technically Electro Goblet and Crit circlets are ideal but as a low investment support you only need to care about her ER sands.

Ideally you want to have her Burst up as often possible, meaning the HP substat is not as useful.
Favonius Codex has an excellent passive that is usually worth the crit rate investment. THe ER substat also helps the main challenge towards building Lisa.
Prototype Amber is only practical with high refines as the energy refund is small. It's a very good healing option.

Lisa values the utility that 4pc set bonuses can provide to your party rather than specific stats she would gain from set bonuses.
Can be useful as you need high ER amounts
