Skills

Normal Attack
Throws things that go boom when they hit things! Perform up to 3 explosive attacks, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Pyro DMG to opponents after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack
Gathering the power of Pyro, Klee plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Pyro DMG upon impact with the ground.

Jumpy Dumpty is tons of boom-bang-fun!
When thrown, Jumpy Dumpty bounces thrice, igniting and dealing AoE Pyro DMG with every bounce.
On the third bounce, the bomb splits into many mines.
The mines will explode upon contact with opponents, or after a short period of time, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Starts with 2 charges.

Klee's Blazing Delight! For the duration of this ability, continuously summons Sparks 'n' Splash to attack nearby opponents, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
Passives

Displays the location of nearby resources unique to Mondstadt on the mini-map.

When Jumpy Dumpty and Normal Attacks deal DMG, Klee has a 50% chance to obtain an Explosive Spark. This Explosive Spark is consumed by the next Charged Attack, which costs no Stamina and deals 50% increased DMG.

When Klee's Charged Attack results in a CRIT, all party members gain 2 Elemental Energy.
Constellations

Attacks and Skills have a certain chance to summon sparks that bombard opponents, dealing DMG equal to 120% of Sparks 'n' Splash's DMG.

Being hit by Jumpy Dumpty's mines decreases opponents' DEF by 23% for 10s.

Increases the Level of Jumpy Dumpty by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

If Klee leaves the field during the duration of Sparks 'n' Splash, her departure triggers an explosion that deals 555% of her ATK as AoE Pyro DMG.

Builds
DPS Build
The nature of how Klee is played blurs the practical line between DPS and Enabler as you'll still need some investment to all facets of her kit as well as the knowledge to play one style is dense and reasonable that you would know how to play the other styles as well.
Normal > Burst = Skill
While Klee can be used in more supportive roles, the damage from her Normal Attack Talent should not be neglected. Ideally you raise all skills to level 6 and choose raise Normal Attack to 8 before raising her Burst and Skill to 8 and similarly if you plan to crown Klee. If Normal Attack are not a focus of her party role, raise her Skill and Burst to 8 before her Normal Attack.
Main stats: ER or EM or ATK/Pyro/Crit
Substats: ER, Atk Crit, EM
In optimized Klee parties, you practically don't need an ER sands but goes up in value as a Support. Klee's damage is significant so its really not recommended to starve her from offensive stats (Crit & ATK). Elemental Mastery is only relevant if you plan to use Klee in reaction comps.

Possibly her best weapon (esp at R5) due to her upfront nature of her damage. Klee requires 8-10 seconds of field time, rotations need her as the first character in your party to trigger Widsith's passive bonus correctly.
Recitative: ATK is increased by 60~120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 48~96%.
Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 240~480.Kagura's Verity is second best in slot if you'rr able to perform the skill exploit correctly. By pressing Klee's skill and then Burst immediately after, the game will count 1 Skill stack, but "Jumpy Dumpty" won't be spawned and a Skill stack will not be consumed. In this way, you can make use of Kagura's passive.
Lost Prayer is overall a solid option, but its passive isn't fully stackable in most rotations.
5★ weapons are good stat sticks but aren't exactly great
It's a 4★ weapon second only to The Widsith

This set is valuable in both Mono Pyro and Vaporize comps.
Best resin efficient option and easiest way to find good substat rolls.
4pc Crimson is harder to achieve and farm (it is recommended to use the strongbox) but best in slot for Vaporize teams.
4PC Wanderer's Troupe is not really recommended as Klee, unlike Yanfei, deals considerable damage with her whole kit rather than only charged attacks. However, it's still viable.
This is recommended because Klee's C2 is a strong constellation and this set makes her viable as a supportive character.
