Skills

Normal Attack
Perform up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Hurls a Lightning Stiletto that annihilates her opponents like the swift thunder.
When the Stiletto hits its target, it deals Electro DMG to opponents in a small AoE, and places a Stiletto Mark on the spot hit.
Hold
Hold to adjust the direction in which the Stiletto shall be thrown.
Stilettos thrown by the Hold attack mode can be suspended in mid-air, allowing Keqing to jump to them when using Stellar Restoration a second time.
Lightning Stiletto
If Keqing uses Stellar Restoration again or uses a Charged Attack while its duration lasts, it will clear the Stiletto Mark and produce different effects:
- If she uses Stellar Restoration again, she will blink to the location of the Mark and unleash one slashing attack that deals AoE Electro DMG. When blinking to a Stiletto that was thrown from a Holding attack, Keqing can leap across obstructing terrain.
- If Keqing uses a Charged Attack, she will ignite a series of thundering cuts at the Mark's location, dealing AoE Electro DMG.

Keqing unleashes the power of lightning, dealing Electro DMG in an AOE.
She then blends into the shadow of her blade, striking a series of thunderclap-blows to nearby opponents simultaneously that deal multiple instances of Electro DMG.
The final attack deals massive AoE Electro DMG.
Passives

When dispatched on an expedition in Liyue, time consumed is reduced by 25%.

After recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present, Keqing's weapon gains an Electro Infusion for 5s.

When casting Starward Sword, Keqing's CRIT Rate is increased by 15%, and her Energy Recharge is increased by 15%. This effect lasts for 8s.
Constellations

Recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present causes Keqing to deal 50% of her ATK as AoE Electro DMG at the start point and terminus of her Blink.

When Keqing's Normal and Charged Attacks hit opponents affected by Electro, they have a 50% chance of producing an Elemental Particle.
This effect can only occur once every 5s.

Increases the Level of Starward Sword by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

For 10s after Keqing triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction, her ATK is increased by 25%.

Increases the Level of Stellar Restoration by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

When initiating a Normal Attack, a Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, Keqing gains a 6% Electro DMG Bonus for 8s.
Effects triggered by Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts are considered independent entities.

Builds
Electro DPS Build
focusing on Keqing's Electro damage opens two playstyles : Quickswap & On-field DPS. Quickswap focuses on Keqing's Burst damage while the traditional On-field DPS emphasizes investment into her Normal Attack talent.
Burst = Normal > Skill
Unless you are going for quickswap Keqing, you should raise your Normal Attack Talent as the Electro Infusion is very important.
Main stats: ATK/Electro/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER
Keep in mind Keqing's A4 Passive giving 15 Crit Rate and ER when balancing out her stats. Due to her low energy cost and decent particle generation ER is a welcome substat, but not one you should be actively looking for.

Jade Cutter was once Keqing's main weapon until Mistsplitter came in. While both are very good options, Mistsplitter has better fit with other units versus Jade Cutter.
Gain a 12~24% Elemental DMG Bonus for every element and receive the might of Mistsplitter's Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, Mistsplitter's Emblem provides a 8/16/28~16/32/56% Elemental DMG Bonus for the character's Elemental Type.
The character will obtain 1 stack of Mistsplitter's Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals Elemental DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Burst (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack's duration is calculated independently.Just good stuff all around. Along with a desirable Crit Rate, this is a premium option on Keqing as it requires the Battlepass.
Keqing was seen in the story with this weapon, also at R5 this weapon competes with 5★ swords.
Keqing's best F2P option, providing some Energy consistency while having a good ATK substat
A somewhat expensive option with the introduction of Amenoma, but still a good weapon.
Only recommended in Quickswap or situations where you can keep its passive near 100% uptime.

Keqing doesn't really have a special set for her, which means that artifact flexibility allows stricter artifact filtering. The loss of Thundering Fury does exist but the resin efficiency of Shimenawa+Gladiator usually makes better return-on-investment.
Only useful in Keqing Taser, not recommended to farm specifically for this.
Only recommended for Quickswap playstyles and if you already have the pieces
Physical DPS Build
This build is good but falls off relative to endgame content. This build focuses on heavily investing into Keqing's Normal Attack talent to maximize her combo-damage potential.
Normals = Burst > Skill While the build doesn't really invest into your Burst's damage, it raises Keginq's crit rate as well as still dealing a good amount of damage.
Main stats: ATK/Phys/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER
Keep in mind Keqing's A4 Passive giving 15 Crit Rate and ER when balancing out her stats. Due to her low energy cost and decent particle generation ER is a welcome substat, but not one you should be actively looking for.

Aquila does provide the best damage potential, but Jade Cutter's build flexibility makes it a very close second. It's a close tie between these two for Physical Keqing's best weapon.
ATK is increased by 20~40%.
Triggers on taking DMG: the soul of the Falcon of the West awakens, holding the banner of the resistance aloft, regenerating HP equal to 100~160% of ATK and dealing 200~320% of ATK as DMG to surrounding opponents. This effect can only occur once every 15s.You get a free copy of Prototype Rancour at AR10 which is the main reason why it gets a recommendation. A good weapon for Physical Keqing thats easily available. Refines are justified but not really a good investment since its not as useful outside of Keqing.
The Black Sword is Keqing's best 4★ weapon overall even in Electro builds as you can utilize everything the weapon has to offer.
Good stats and the passive deals physical damage.

Casting your Skill and then using your Charged Attack allows Keqing to get both stacks of Pale Flame consistently, making this notably better than the 2pc combination
The ability to choose between multiple sets allows you to fish for better substats.
Useful but wouldn't recommend farming for it specifically.
