Charged Attack
Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG.

The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro DMG once again.

Trusty Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day!

Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.

If one of your party members has triggered Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect upon return, which will continuously deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s.
If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed. DMG dealt by Sprout is considered Elemental Skill DMG.

When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1s.
A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended by up to 3s.
Constellations

The Passive Talent Floral Sidewinder is changed to this:

From the moment of using Floral Brush to the moment when this instance of Sprout effect ends, if any of your party members triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Sprout effect will be extended by 3s.
The Sprout effect can only be extended this way once. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.

Builds
Enabler/Sub DPS Build
Collei is a reliable Dendro applicator and Sub DPS character whose utility is to support any Dendro-related team. This means both teams with a Dendro Main DPS and teams built around Dendro reactions (bloom, burning, quicken and derivates)
Both Collei's Skill and Burst work off field and
apply a noticeable amount of Dendro Aura.
It's important to keep her Burst up to trigger reactions and apply Dendro Consistently.
Collei isn't the best damage dealer ever but her contribution in DPS isn't negligible either!
It's important to build her with the usual ADC (ATK/Damage%/Crit) setup. A EM build restricts her synergies to Bloom and Burning teams only, and the damage increase it gives is still subject of tests and what is known so far is that it isn't worth the investment.
Burst > Skill
Collei's Burst is her main source of supportivity and damage. Her skill becomes extremely valuable with Constellation 2, but its damage isn't really a priority.
Main stats: ATK or ER% / Dendro DMG / Crit
Sub stats: Crit>ER%>ATK>EM
At least 180% ER is needed when Collei is the only Dendro in a party. This requirement can be lowered to 150% with another Dendro character. For more ER requirement accuracy, please refer to a stat optimizer.

Elegy for the End is by far Collei's best option: it helps with her ER requirements and gives valuable buffs to all party members. Its only downside is being an event-exclusive gacha weapon, and many other characters and teams profit from it.
Increases Elemental Mastery by 60~120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.
Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.Best F2P and 4 star option, by sacrificing part of Collei's DPS it provides extra particles to the team and more Burst uptime.
Great for Collei's self damage, most recommended in Bloom/Burning/Quickenteam comps.
ER% Stat sticks that also provide some extra damage and utility.
ATK stat stick that helps with Collei's personal damage.
Not really worth on Collei but still deserving a mention.

Best set if Collei is used alongside a Dendro Main DPS character.
Universal buff and relatively easy to farm, but remember that only one Noblesse user may be used in a team (buff doesn't stack)
Excellent utility and free EM for the team, but it's sadly only available as a 4 star. Very valuable in early game though.
Universal set that works in any team comp, it increases Collei's DPS as well as her reactions'
Niche set but Collei can provide 6-9s buff uptime (9-12s if C2+)
Easiest way to find balanced stats... in exchange of support potential.
