Best Build for Amber in Genshin Impact

Pros & Cons
- Unique properties on Burst
- Free character and not that dependent on Constellations
- Questionable cohesion/kit design
- Not much upside making her somewhat replaceable by future characters in her own specific niches
- Doesn't really scale with investment
- Technically a low investment, high impact character, however she's only really valuable in her niches

Builds
Burst Support Build
In this build we are using Amber's excellent Pyro application on her burst to set up Viridescent Venerer or other party reactions. To this end there is an emphasis on ER stats.
Burst
Raising Amber's talents only really increases the damage that she deals. Amber's Pyro application doesn't get improved with talent levels making it a lower priority in general.
Main stats: ER or ATK/Pyro/Crit
Substats: Crit/ATK/ER
Due to the importance of Amber's burst having ER sands helps in its uptime, especially with ER substat bows. At higher investments ATK sands is obviously better as she doesn't have strict energy requirements. Crit rate is valuable for Favonius Warbow.

Amber is one of the best units for Elegy of the End so its nice if you have it. Favonius Warbow is a more realistic choice and giving enough Crit rate for its passive is definitely worthwhile if you're playing Amber
Increases Elemental Mastery by 60~120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.
Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.Sacrificial is more of a stat-stick in this build as you don't really care about the extra skill cast
